Day 1
You will be picked up by your friendly chauffeur/ guide and will be heading to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage to see hundreds of freely roaming elephants, one of the most amazing experiences of your life – guaranteed! You should not miss the baby elephant milk feeding times which are 9.15am, 1.15 pm and 5pm and elephant bathing times which are 10-12pm and 2-4 pm. Once you have had a lovely time with these gentle giants you can have some lunch by the river and head off to Kandy a sacred city with full of surprises. You will get there in time to visit the Temple of Tooth and one of the most fascinating Kandy Cultural Shows with dancers, drummers and musicians. You will stay the night in Kandy.
Day 2
Today after breakfast you will have the opportunity to explore Kandy city, Royal Botanical garden, Ceylon Tea museum, spice gardens and shops of handmade arts and crafts. Once you have explored these places it is time to head back home. You will be either dropped off at the airport or in Negombo where your tour started.
